When customer is coming, we have guided them to visit our machine store room for bio organic fertilizer plant line. Here he has better understood the different organic fertilizer granulators, organic fertilizer mixers and other related machines. Then they have viewed about the machines he is interested in and give him our suggestions on the machines choosing. We discussed different using of the machines and the best function in different situation.

Special Design for Small Scale Bio Organic Fertilizer Production

Later we have been to our meeting room to talk about special organic fertilizer plant design. With our description of the design, customer has better understood all the lines’ working.

1.Compost Area:

Land preparing

A: first of all, you should find land which is 50m*15m square, 30m*10m at least. This is supporting the compost system

B: Install one land which is full of cover. This area is to store composted materials

Compost introduction : please confirm the materials moisture, if they are 70% above. Also confirm if they are large size.

A: soild the land first

B: put dry materials, such as agricultural wastes, sawdust or some mashroom wastes in the first floor. This is used to protect the cow dung stick to the ground, also they will help to decrease the mositure in the manures.

C: put the manures on the second floor

D: put dry materials on the third floor if your materials are really in high moisture: 70%.

E: if you want to add some bacterias( will help increase the compost speed) in the materials, just mix them with dry materials and put them in the third floor

F: compost the materials one time one day, 10-15 days after, the compost is OK

2.Fertilizer Granulating System

A.All the materials can be transported from the store room by forklift, if they are in massive, crush them first

B.Mix them and if you want to add NPK elements, please add them here

C.Mixed materials will be sent to the granultor. After granulating , they will be ball shape fertilizers.

D.Screen them and choose the suitable size products

E.Dry them under the sunshine

Dry materials hould be packed into bags in the final if required. Two workers should be arranged here, one is for lifting bag and the other is to seal.
