Product description of fuel gas boiler
The gas boiler is a boiler product developed in cooperation with German technology. It is one of the implementation sub-projects of the World Bank GEF High Efficiency Environmental Boiler Project. Technical indicators have reached the world’s advanced level. The gas boiler is mainly composed of a boiler body, a flue, a burner, a steam water system, a meter, an economizer and a condenser. The combustion is clean, pollution-free, easy to operate, and sufficient in output. When a fuel gas boiler uses fuel oil, light diesel oil is usually used as a fuel; when a gas is used, natural gas and liquefied gas are used as fuel.
Working principle of fuel gas boiler
The gas boiler is a horizontal fast-inflating internal combustion three-circuit fire tube boiler. The bias furnace is a wet back structure, and the high temperature flue gas sequentially flushes the second and third return pipes, and then the rear smoke chamber is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. The boiler is equipped with a removable front and rear smoke box cover to make the boiler easy to service. The boiler is equipped with good technical performance. The burner of the gas boiler adopts the automatic proportional adjustment of combustion, the automatic adjustment of water supply, the start and stop of the program, the automatic operation and other advanced technologies, and the water level is high and low. Alarm and automatic protection functions such as extremely low water level, super high steam pressure and flameout. The boiler has compact structure, safety and reliability, convenient operation, quick installation, less pollution, low noise and high efficiency.
Performance characteristics of fuel gas boiler
Low cost: Gas boilers have high combustion efficiency, save fuel, and have low investment costs in purchasing fuel. Full flange butt welding has a long service life and low maintenance costs.
Efficient: The flue gas condensation recovery device is installed at the tail of the gas boiler to effectively control the exhaust gas temperature, and the boiler has high thermal efficiency. It adopts fully automatic burner, continuous electric adjustment of water inlet and high combustion efficiency.
Safe and stable: The gas boiler is designed for over-temperature, over-pressure, water shortage, leak detection, flameout and other protection functions, and the boiler operates safely and reliably.
Space saving: With fast installation structure, the whole gas boiler adopts high rigidity base design, which is convenient to install and transport, and saves space occupied by boiler room.
