The organic fertilizer production line is a complete set of equipment from raw material collection to finished product packaging.
1. Fermentation process: The first process of the production line is the fermentation of organic matter. During the production preparation phase, the compost will first be transported to a blender for turning and mixing to speed up the fermentation rate.
2. Crushing process: At this stage, the compost block is pulverized using a pulverizer and the subsequent granulation is prepared. However, if composting is better and there is no agglomeration, this step can be omitted.
3. Ingredient quantification process: If a large variety of materials need to be added to the formula, in order to improve the processing efficiency and the accuracy of the proportion of each component in the formula, an automatic dosing system can be used. The system contains multiple quantitative belt scales, but this step can be omitted if pure organic fertilizer is produced.
4. Granulation process: Disc granulators are widely used in the granulation of fertilizers. As a core step in the line, our equipment automatically screens out the shape of the particles that best suits the customer's needs. The granulated fertilizer can delay the release of fertility and greatly reduce the number of artificial fertilization.
5. Drying process: In order to reshape the pellets and store them better, the moisture content of the fertilizer should not exceed 14%. Drum dryers are widely used in drying fertilizers.
6. Cooling process: In order to increase the hardness of the fertilizer granules, a drum cooler can meet this demand.
7. Screening process: A cylindrical sieve is used to screen out particles of moderate size, and too large and too small fertilizer particles will be re-pulverized and granulated.
8. Coating process: The fertilizer granules are coated with a roller coating machine to prevent particle adhesion.
9. Packaging Process: As the final step of the production line, the packaging process generally uses an automatic baler to quantitatively pack the fertilizer into bags for sale.
10. Dust removal system: The dust generated in all processes will be collected and dusted.
11. Supporting facilities, the production line is equipped with belt conveyors and bucket elevators for connecting various equipments.

Plant Raw Materials

(1) Fallen Leaves

In America, in many large cities, governments paid the money for the labour to collect the fallen leaves. After the compost is mature, it will give away or sale to the resident at a low price. It would be best to earth up more than 40 centimeter, unless it is in the tropical. And in each layer, the fallen leaves had better less than 5-10 centimeter. The interval coverage between the fallen leaves and the soil need at least 6 to 12 months to rotten. Keep the moist of the soil, but do not over-watered to prevent the loss of soil nutrient.

Main components: nitrogen

Secondary components: phosphorus, potassium, iron

It is mainly used for nitrogen fertilizer, lower concentration and it is not easily harmful to the root. It should not use much in the flowering fruit bearing stage. Because the flowers and fruits need quantities of phosphorus potassium sulfur.

(2) Fruit

If use the rotten fruit, seeds, seed coat, flowers and etc, the rotten time may be need a little longer. But the content of the phosphorus, potassium and sulfur are much higher.

(3) Bean cake, bean dregs and etc.

According to the situation of degreasing, the matured compost need at least 3 to 6 months. And the best way to accelerate the maturity is inoculated the bacteria. The standard of compost is completely without peculiar smell.

2.Animal manure

Wastes of herbivorous animals, such as sheep and cattle, are suitable to be fermented to produce bio fertilizers. Besides, due to high phosphorus content, hen manure and pigeon dung are also good choice.

3. Natural Organic Fertilizer/Nutritional Soil

1.Pond sludge

Character: Fertile, but high in viscosity. It should be used as base fertilizer, inappropriate to be used singly.

2.Pine needle mulch

Soil under the fallen pine needles could be used as organic materials once the thickness of the fallen leaves higher than 10-20cm. Pine needles should not be used directly!Trees, like Taxodium distichum, with low resin content, will be better.

3.Peat

More efficiently. It shouldn’t be used directly, and can be mixed with other organic materials.

a.Organic Fertilizer Production Line

b.Bulk Blending Fertilizer Production Line
