Working principle of organic fertilizer production equipment
1. organic fertilizer production equipment Crushing and mixing: fermented and fermented animal powdered organic fertilizer raw materials are pulverized to a suitable particle size, and then transported to a horizontal mixer for mixing, and then uniformly transferred to a granulator feed bin.
1.2 Feeding granulation of organic fertilizer production equipment: the powdery raw material is evenly fed through the feeding bin, and is uniformly supplied to the disc granulator disc; according to the moisture condition of the material, the automatic granulator is sprayed on the disc by the disc granulator. The surface of the material makes the powder reach a reasonable humidity; the powder uses the centrifugal force of the rotation of the disk and the friction of the disk to produce axial rolling. During the rolling process, the powder is squeezed between the particles, thereby forming a relatively large water for Organic fertilizer granules.
1.3 Drying and cooling: The processed water-rich granules are transported to the organic fertilizer tumble dryer through the belt conveyor, and the heat energy blown from the hot blast stove is converted during the tumbling process in the dryer to achieve drying and granule organic fertilizer drying. After drying to a reasonable water content, it is sent to the cooler, and the cooling is realized in the cooling machine. The cooled particles are sent to the screening machine to achieve particle classification.
1.4 Screening coating: In the drum screening machine, the qualified organic fertilizer particles are sent to the coating machine for coating through the conveyor; the unqualified particles are transported back to the pulverizing and mixing process for granulation.
1.5 Packing and warehousing: The granules after coating are measured and packaged by a fully automatic weighing scale, and then stored in the warehouse.
1.6 Dust removal process: drying, cooling and workshop dust disposal, using cyclone dust collector or water curtain wet dust removal three-stage treatment, emptying after reaching the standard.
